Scope of Position

Assist in maintaining company’s Regulatory Compliance by conducting surveillance, audits, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with Part-145 regulations, safety, and airworthiness standards. The role includes liaising with regulatory authorities, customer representatives, and internal stakeholders to address compliance issues while supporting the implementation of corrective actions. Proactive approach to monitoring, reporting, and resolving compliance issues.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake tasks related to safety and airworthiness requirements as assigned by Team Leader, Regulatory Compliance. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his office.
• Perform surveillance on SAE engineering and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with requirements, procedures and standards so that quality of the product is maintained in an airworthiness state. Raise Surveillance/Audits reports and issue Non-Compliance Report (NCR) to Area Owners for corrective and remedial actions to be accomplished within the agreed time frame.
• Perform audits inclusive of verification of corrective and preventive actions taken by responsible Managers on recent quality audit reports and ‘Open’ NCRs. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his office.
• Liaise with national aviation authorities and customer quality representatives on matters related to compliance with airworthiness requirements.
• Address customer quality concerns and ensure regulatory compliance expectations are met.
• Assist in maintaining the Company’s Approval, Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other associated procedures in alignment with regulatory updates. Ensure proper documentation control and submission processes are followed.
• Conduct oral assessment as a Quality Testing Officer (QTO) to assess qualified personnel for issuance of company authorization /approval. Report to Team Leader, Regulatory Compliance on issues related to qualifying of personnel. Recommend competent candidates for the issue or renewal of personnel Company Authorization / Approval.
• Assist in evaluation and recommend to HOQ dispositions on request for deviation from approved procedures. Prepare the Quality Department Quality Notices.
• Carry out Assessment of Suppliers / Repair Facilities / Sub-Contractors for SAE and provide recommendation.
• Assist in analysing non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support the Technical Investigation whenever required and monitor the PPS process to identify root causes of non-conformance.
• Conducts capability assessments and process validations.
• Work collaboratively with other domains and provide technical support to enhance regulatory compliance.
• Assess compliance trends and recommend effective solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement of the Quality, Safety and compliance processes.

Background Education & Experience

       Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related fields such as Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline or holding Aircraft Maintenance License.

       Minimum Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, preferably in a Part-145 organization.

Scope of Position:
 

To perform and provide B1 certification of maintenance on the aircraft structure power plant and mechanical and electrical systems in respect of overhaul, inspection, repair, replacement, modification and schedule maintenance inspection. This includes certification on aircraft painting. Also work on avionic systems, requiring only simple tests to prove their serviceability and not requiring troubleshooting.
 

Key Responsibility:

Scope of Position:

Scope of Position

The Senior Technician Workshop - Painter manages a team of technicians to ensure timely and high-quality aircraft/component painting, while maintaining safety standards. They oversee task distribution, equipment availability, and housekeeping. They are responsible for KPI man-hour tracking, administrative functions, and assisting with Airbus AOS updates. They certify maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Specific duties include painting components, monitoring material expiry, managing tools, and ensuring proper paint mixing and storage. The supervisor also provides technical support and ensures tasks are performed according to approved guidelines.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of workshop technicians and to ensure work carried out for aircraft or component painting within the timeline given and with the highest safety and quality standards. 
• Ensure the availability of safety equipment and observe all safety measures whilst working on the component/aircraft and within SAE facilities.

Scope of Position:
 

To perform the assigned maintenance related tasks to the standard required by the organization and regulatory body requirements within a specific time frame whilst maintaining a conducive working environment and observing safety and discipline.

The technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing or replacing parts, and maintaining aircraft radomes. They conduct routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to ensure functionality and safety. The technician also ensures the radome meets regulatory standards and maintains. Detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts replacements must be kept, and all work is completed in compliance with safety protocols and schedules.
 

Key Responsibility: 

• Carry out maintenance of components and support aircraft operations maintenance. 
• Ensure all safety precautions observed while carrying out job as instructed by superior. 
• Ensure quality of jobs carried out with safety and human factors taken into consideration. 
• Ensure progress of the repair / maintenance on the aircraft and components meet the timeline. 
• Ensure proper tooling and equipment are used for specific jobs. 
• Ensure all equipment and resources required for the task are available and report any shortcomings to the Senior Technician. 
• Responsible for maintaining safety while working in the workshop and within SAE facilities.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at the working area and workshop. 
• Assist Senior Technician to supervise level 1 technicians and vendors by ensuring work carried out with the highest safety and quality standards set by company with human factor element. 
• Assist Senior Technician in cleaning and defect rectification preparation job.
• Assist Senior Technician to ensure Airbus AOS is up to date daily. 
• Practice and implement good work attitude qualities and be responsible at all times. 
• Ensure individual man-hours allocated for tasks performed on aircraft/components are badged in the system.
   

Specific Function & Responsibility: 

• Carry out inspection, repair, overhaul and modification of component radome for stand-alone component and support aircraft operations maintenance.  
• Carry out Workshop Radome checklist record for environmental conditions. 
• Carry out Workshop Radome checklist record for tools/equipment condition and periodic maintenance/service for shop level. 
• Ability to identify essential radome materials & tooling/equipment. 
• Proficient in using essential tools and equipment for radome repair. 
• Carry out proper housekeeping at Workshop Radome working area.

Background Education & Experience

       Minimum Education

• Skill Certificate Level 2 or Diploma or Degree in any engineering field or higher (especially on Aerospace or Aeronautics).

       Minimum Experience

• More than 1 year experience in Aeronautical.
• More than 2 years’ experience in specific component maintenance repair such as composite, sheet metal & painting.

        Essential

• Team player, able to work successfully as part of a team. Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, leadership and autonomy. 
• Well verse on Basic/Advance Radome Repair.  
• Aviation, Aviation Workshops practices & MRO business understanding and commercial acumen. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.  
• Any related soft skills & OEM training to the Job scope.
