Scope of Position
Assist in maintaining company’s Regulatory Compliance by conducting surveillance, audits, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with Part-145 regulations, safety, and airworthiness standards. The role includes liaising with regulatory authorities, customer representatives, and internal stakeholders to address compliance issues while supporting the implementation of corrective actions. Proactive approach to monitoring, reporting, and resolving compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake tasks related to safety and airworthiness requirements as assigned by Team Leader, Regulatory Compliance. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his office.
- Perform surveillance on SAE engineering and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with requirements, procedures and standards so that quality of the product is maintained in an airworthiness state. Raise Surveillance/Audits reports and issue Non-Compliance Report (NCR) to Area Owners for corrective and remedial actions to be accomplished within the agreed time frame.

The Senior Technician Workshop - Painter manages a team of technicians to ensure timely and high-quality aircraft/component painting, while maintaining safety standards. They oversee task distribution, equipment availability, and housekeeping. They are responsible for KPI man-hour tracking, administrative functions, and assisting with Airbus AOS updates. They certify maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with documentation standards. Specific duties include painting components, monitoring material expiry, managing tools, and ensuring proper paint mixing and storage. Background Education & Experience
Minimum Education
- Certificate / Diploma related to aviation industry
- 2 years in technical position in an approved maintenance organization
Minimum Experience
- Experienced in an approved maintenance organization Part 145.
- Experience in aircraft production activities recommended.
- Team player and able to meet timeline.
- Experience in managing task operation.
- Experience with A320 or A330 in Base Maintenance would be advantage.

Scope of Position:
To perform the assigned maintenance related tasks to the standard required by the organization and regulatory body requirements within a specific time frame whilst maintaining a conducive working environment and observing safety and discipline.
The technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing or replacing parts, and maintaining aircraft radomes. They conduct routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to ensure functionality and safety. The technician also ensures the radome meets regulatory standards and maintains. Detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts replacements must be kept, and all work is completed in compliance with safety protocols and schedules.
Key Responsibility:
- Carry out maintenance of components and support aircraft operations maintenance.
- Ensure all safety precautions observed while carrying out job as instructed by superior.
- Ensure quality of jobs carried out with safety and human factors taken into consideration.
- Ensure progress of the repair / maintenance on the aircraft and components meet the timeline.
- Ensure proper tooling and equipment are used for specific jobs.
- Ensure all equipment and resources required for the task are available and report any shortcomings to the Senior Technician.
- Responsible for maintaining safety while working in the workshop and within SAE facilities.
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at the working area and workshop.
- Assist Senior Technician to supervise level 1 technicians and vendors by ensuring work carried out with the highest safety and quality standards set by company with human factor element.
- Assist Senior Technician in cleaning and defect rectification preparation job.
- Assist Senior Technician to ensure Airbus AOS is up to date daily.
- Practice and implement good work attitude qualities and be responsible at all times.
- Ensure individual man-hours allocated for tasks performed on aircraft/components are badged in the system.
Specific Function & Responsibility:
- Carry out inspection, repair, overhaul and modification of component radome for stand-alone component and support aircraft operations maintenance.
- Carry out Workshop Radome checklist record for environmental conditions.
- Carry out Workshop Radome checklist record for tools/equipment condition and periodic maintenance/service for shop level.
- Ability to identify essential radome materials & tooling/equipment.
- Proficient in using essential tools and equipment for radome repair.
- Carry out proper housekeeping at Workshop Radome working area.
