Scope of Position
To assist the department in ensuring the company’s quality system is maintained at best performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oversight of day-to-day maintenance and inspection activities to ensure compliance with regulations, approved maintenance data, requirements, procedures, and standards so that the quality of the product is maintained in an airworthiness state.
- Perform sampling of aircraft check documentation for proper issuance, completeness, accuracy, and any discrepancy to meet the customer’s requirements.
- Ensure that the housekeeping and quality standards are within acceptable standards.
- Perform aircraft product sampling including workshop maintenance activities ensuring compliance with regulations, requirements, procedures, and acceptable standards.
- Perform final walk-around with the assistance of Production prior to CRS.

Scope of Position
The NDT Engineer position is responsible for performing NDT tasks in the NDT workshop, support shop, hangar, or customer’s site in accordance with the approved maintenance data, and within the certified level and NDT method.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Production Department, Planning Department, or Commercial
- Department for planning, coordinating, and performing required NDT tasks.
- Record, document, and issue NDT Report for the completed NDT tasks in accordance with the Section’s SOP.
- Assist other NDT engineers in performing NDT tasks as required.
- Ensure the applicable personal certification of NDT methods is kept current for SAE operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform operations housekeeping and safety while performing NDT tasks in the NDT workshop, support shop, hangar, or on-site.
- Ensure quality of jobs carried out with safety and human factors taken into consideration.
- Monitor the calibration status of NDT equipment and liaise with the Tool Store Section for calibration requirements.
- Record NDT equipment/ tooling that is issued out of the NDT tool crib for aircraft and onsite NDT tasks.

Scope of Position
Responsible for acting as the focal point between workshops and other departments.
Responsible for checking the work package for any document discrepancy and incomplete paper works.

- Act as a focal point between Workshops and other departments.
- Take charge of screening discrepancies to ensure that work request/instruction is clear before handover to the workshop and also upon completion of the work package before any serviceable declaration is made.

Scope of Position
To carry out maintenance on the aircraft in accordance with the requirements of the relevant airworthiness authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that maintenance on the aircraft meets the requirements of the airworthiness authorities and the company and that the aircraft is fit for release to service as stipulated in his / her approval certificate.
