Scope of Position

Assist in maintaining company’s Regulatory Compliance by conducting surveillance, audits, and technical assessments to ensure compliance with Part-145 regulations, safety, and airworthiness standards. The role includes liaising with regulatory authorities, customer representatives, and internal stakeholders to address compliance issues while supporting the implementation of corrective actions. Proactive approach to monitoring, reporting, and resolving compliance issues.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake tasks related to safety and airworthiness requirements as assigned by Team Leader, Regulatory Compliance. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his office.
• Perform surveillance on SAE engineering and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with requirements, procedures and standards so that quality of the product is maintained in an airworthiness state. Raise Surveillance/Audits reports and issue Non-Compliance Report (NCR) to Area Owners for corrective and remedial actions to be accomplished within the agreed time frame.
• Perform audits inclusive of verification of corrective and preventive actions taken by responsible Managers on recent quality audit reports and ‘Open’ NCRs. Report status and file reports on assigned tasks to his office.
• Liaise with national aviation authorities and customer quality representatives on matters related to compliance with airworthiness requirements.
• Address customer quality concerns and ensure regulatory compliance expectations are met.
• Assist in maintaining the Company’s Approval, Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other associated procedures in alignment with regulatory updates. Ensure proper documentation control and submission processes are followed.
• Conduct oral assessment as a Quality Testing Officer (QTO) to assess qualified personnel for issuance of company authorization /approval. Report to Team Leader, Regulatory Compliance on issues related to qualifying of personnel. Recommend competent candidates for the issue or renewal of personnel Company Authorization / Approval.
• Assist in evaluation and recommend to HOQ dispositions on request for deviation from approved procedures. Prepare the Quality Department Quality Notices.
• Carry out Assessment of Suppliers / Repair Facilities / Sub-Contractors for SAE and provide recommendation.
• Assist in analysing non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support the Technical Investigation whenever required and monitor the PPS process to identify root causes of non-conformance.
• Conducts capability assessments and process validations.
• Work collaboratively with other domains and provide technical support to enhance regulatory compliance.
• Assess compliance trends and recommend effective solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement of the Quality, Safety and compliance processes.

Background Education & Experience

       Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related fields such as Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline or holding Aircraft Maintenance License.

       Minimum Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, preferably in a Part-145 organization.

Scope of Position

The job holder is responsible for supporting the operation, which to provide effective and efficient technical support to the aircrafts and components undergo maintenance, repair or modification ensuring continuing airworthiness in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements and comply to the company quality management system. 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering assistance to ensure that all technical queries arise during aircraft or components under maintenance, repair or modification are well answered and addressed in timely manners.
• Perform aircraft structure damage assessment, prepare comprehensive damage report and design repair proposal based on available resources and capability.
• Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturer, suppliers, customer, aviation authority or any reliable sources to facilitate analysis of engineering issues.
• Provide approved data for technical instruction such as inspection, repair or modification which is not within the scope of any of the manufacturer's manuals.
• Prepare and issue the required technical documents in accordance with company approved procedures, regulatory requirements and comply with the customer/airline’s operator requirement.
• Evaluate the appropriate design data and technical documents from OEM to be translated into internal documents.
• Liaise with customer, vendor, manufacturer for any discrepancies regarding the technical manual or work instructions. Propose changes as appropriate.
• Provide technical on-site assistance for complex repair and troubleshooting when required and necessary.
• Manage technical queries within the defined time scale and ensure the queries being addressed in timely manners.
• Perform aircraft weighing and produce weighing report in accordance with company scope of approval and to meet local regulatory and customer specific requirements.
• Perform periodic Airworthiness Directive review issued by state of design (such as European Union Aviation Safety Agency and Federal Aviation Administration) to the aircraft and components under company scope of capability. Advise any alert Airworthiness Directive and potential affected Airworthiness Directive to the customer/airline’s operator as necessary.
• Conduct tools and equipment equivalency assessment and produce engineering justification report in accordance with company approved procedure.
• Conducts capability assessments and process validations.

Scope of Position
 

Embark on procurement activities on general items, aircraft spares, equipment and tooling to ensure that requirements of production areas and facilities are met in the most efficient timely and economically advantageous manner.

Key Responsibilities

• To work closely with new and existing suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating costs as well as developing quote comparisons and analyzing buying data to aid supplier selection.
• Managing loan agreements, limiting financial risk and ensuring timely availability of component parts through effective supplier management, resolving contract issues where necessary.
• Manage inventory levels and logistics, tracking of the lead time ensuring that all products and materials are delivered on time to the end user in the required quantities.

Scope of Position

The Export Control & Customs Compliance Specialist ensuresthat all international trade activities adhere to applicable export control laws, customs regulations, and company policies. Thisrole is responsible for classifying products, managing export/import documentation, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and mitigating risks associated with crossborder transactions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, warehouse, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies) to facilitate compliant and efficient trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Export Control Compliance:

• Classify products under ECCN (Export Control Classification Number) and HS (Harmonized System) codes.
• Screen transactions against Denied Parties Lists (DPL) and embargoed countries per OFAC, ITAR, EAR, and EU regulations.
• Manage export licensing processes, including applications, renewals, and record keeping.

These personnel are primarily responsible for all SAE training activities. They are to ensure all scheduled training plans have been executed and performed at the highest standard; and to assist the Training Administration on the coordination of both technical and non-technical training.

Scope of Position

Organize, compile and control the maintenance check package documents and assist to coordinate with supporting sections in ensuring progress of aircraft check is under control and in accordance with company, customer and airworthiness requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming work packages from the Work Pack Planning/ Project Planning and ensure dock room, work packages and associated documentation are organized and complete prior to the aircraft’s arrival.
• Monitor and control the progress of aircraft maintenance checks using the Gantt Chart/Timeline provided by the Project Planning section.
• Prepare and distribute daily aircraft check progress reports to relevant departments and customers. Arrange and participate daily progress meetings with customers and internal departments.
• Key person to communicate with customer regarding paperwork and cooperate with Production Team Leader to action in case of customer demand changes in aircraft check.
• Ensure all aircraft paperwork is legible, complete, and complies with established standards, procedures, and safety requirements before handover the paperwork to Technical Records. Liaise the scanning of the aircraft paperwork progress with Technical Records.
• Oversee the timely delivery of completed check packages paperwork to Technical Records following the aircraft’s serviceability.
• Correct and address discrepancies in returned task cards or packages from customers.
• Assist the issuance of the BMR (Base Maintenance Release) or CRS (Certificate of Release to Service) forms prior to declaring the aircraft serviceable.
• Identify potential delays or risks during ongoing checks and escalate to the Team Leader, Operations & Capacity Planning for resolution.

2. Carry out Sheetmetal Workshop checklist record for environmental condition.
3. Carry out Sheetmetal Workshop checklist record for tools/equipment condition and periodic maintenance/service for shop level.
4. Ability to identify essentials sheetmetal component materials & tooling/equipment.
5. Proficient in using essentials tools and equipment for sheetmetal component repair.
6. Carry out proper housekeeping at Sheetmetal Workshop working area.

Background Education & Experience

       Minimum Education

• Skill Certificate Level 2 or Diploma or Degree in any engineering field or higher (especially on Aerospace or Aeronautics).

        Minimum Experience

• More than 1 year of experience in Aeronautical.
• More than 2 years of experience in specific sheet metal component repair.

      Essential

• Team player, able to work successfully as part of a team. Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, leadership, and autonomy.
• Well verse on Basic/Advance Sheetmetal Repair.
• Aviation, MRO knowledge, Aviation Workshops practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Any related soft skills & OEM training to the Job scope.

      Desirable

• Competent in the use of IT tools and Office applications, MS Office.
• MRO business understanding and commercial acumen. Result driven.

Scope of Position

Perform tool or equipment defect rectification and administration of damaged reporting process.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, control and monitor tool/ equipment damage reporting process.
• Carry out tool or equipment trouble-shooting and repair. 
• Perform walk around checks and action on the findings. 
• Perform proper tool arrangement, documentation and housekeeping of Tool Store and storage areas. 
• Assist in tool/ equipment issuance.
• Attend daily morning briefing. 
• Observe all safety precautions, human resource policy and standard operation procedure.

Background Education & Experience

       Minimum Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical or Electronic Engineering/ Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

       Minimum Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in tooling management or in automotive, mechanical, or electrical repair operations.
  
   

 Other Qualifications/Skills:

      Essential

• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to work on a shift basis.
• Possess a valid Malaysia class ‘D’ driving license.
• Computer literate. Basic knowledge in using Microsoft applications and Google Workspace.
• Acrophobia free personnel.

      Desirable

• Possess certification in welding, electric, electronic and mechanical repair is highly recommended.
