Scope of Position
Embark on procurement activities on general items, aircraft spares, equipment and tooling to ensure that
requirements of production areas and facilities are met in the most efficient timely and economically
advantageous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- To work closely with new and existing suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating costs as well as developing quote comparisons and analyzing buying data to aid supplier selection.

Background Education & Experience
Minimum Education
- Certificate / Diploma related to aviation industry
- 2 years in technical position in an approved maintenance organization
Minimum Experience
- Experience in aircraft production activities recommended.
- Team player and able to meet timeline.
- Experience in managing task operation.
- Experience with A320 or A330 in Base Maintenance would be advantage.
Other qualifications, training, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, legal or professional body authorization:
- Conversant in the English language.
- Team player, able to work successfully as part of a team.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications.
- MRO experience will be added advantage.
- Time management and problem solving.

Scope of Position
These personnel are primarily responsible for all SAE training activities. They are to ensure all scheduled training plans have been executed and performed at the highest standard; and to assist the Training Administration on the coordination of both technical and non-technical training.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop courseware and training materials as required in accordance with the MOE requirements and Training procedures.
- Continuing update of training materials to ensure up to date information and technology.
- Prepare or/and develop relevant audio/visual aids as necessary to support any training program.
- Conduct courses as per SAE Training Plan and guidelines established in the training SOP. Maintain a high standard of instructional technique at all times.
- Maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality amongst course participants and ensure the procedures of the Training Department are properly conveyed and adhered to at all times.
- Ensure that all training aids are correctly utilized and maintained.
- Ensure that the classroom is tidied at the end of each instructing day.
- Undertake the duties of a knowledge examiner or invigilator as necessary.
- Correct examination papers as assigned.
- Review and revise courseware as assigned within the stipulated deadline.
- Organize and coordinate aircraft or workshop visits; for the enhancement of the lessons conducted in a safe and organized manner.
- Instructor is also responsible for the following SMS responsibility and safety accountabilities:
a. Take reasonable care for the safety and health of themselves and others who may be affected by their actions or omissions at work.
b. Cooperate with their employers to enable them to comply with relevant statutory requirements, the Company Safety Management Plan and all others relevant safety procedures.
c. Report any hazard, accidents/ incident and damage to property or equipment to the immediate supervisor.
d. Make suggestions to improve safety and health to their supervisors and Safety Section.
e. To attend safety training courses required by the management.

- Minimum 5 years in aviation

Essential
- Aviation Training or maintenance experience.
- Knowledgeable on NAA training requirement, analytical mindset, planning capability and people skills.
- MS Office.
- Fluent in English language; spoken and written.
- All Mandatory training as per Part 145.
Desirable - Train The Trainer.
- Good knowledge in Airworthiness and Aviation regulations.
- Team player with the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
