Scope of Position

The job holder is responsible for supporting the operation, which to provide effective and efficient technical support to the aircrafts and components undergo maintenance, repair or modification ensuring continuing airworthiness in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements and comply to the company quality management system. 
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering assistance to ensure that all technical queries arise during aircraft or components under maintenance, repair or modification are well answered and addressed in timely manners.
  • Perform aircraft structure damage assessment, prepare comprehensive damage report and design repair proposal based on available resources and capability.
  • Liaise with Original Equipment Manufacturer, suppliers, customer, aviation authority or any reliable sources to facilitate analysis of engineering issues.

Embark on procurement activities on general items, aircraft spares, equipment and tooling to ensure that requirements of production areas and facilities are met in the most efficient timely and economically advantageous manner.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • To work closely with new and existing suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating costs as well as developing quote comparisons and analyzing buying data to aid supplier selection.
  • Managing loan agreements, limiting financial risk and ensuring timely availability of component parts through effective supplier management, resolving contract issues where necessary.

The Export Control & Customs Compliance Specialist ensuresthat all international trade activities adhere to applicable export control laws, customs regulations, and company policies. Thisrole is responsible for classifying products, managing export/import documentation, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and mitigating risks associated with crossborder transactions. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, warehouse, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (customs brokers, freight forwarders, government agencies) to facilitate compliant and efficient trade operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Export Control Compliance:
  • Classify products under ECCN (Export Control Classification Number) and HS (Harmonized System) codes.
  • Screen transactions against Denied Parties Lists (DPL) and embargoed countries per OFAC, ITAR, EAR, and EU regulations.
  • Manage export licensing processes, including applications, renewals, and record keeping.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, and FTR (Foreign Trade Regulations).

These personnel are primarily responsible for all SAE training activities. They are to ensure all scheduled training plans have been executed and performed at the highest standard; and to assist the Training Administration on the coordination of both technical and non-technical training.

  • Prepare and distribute daily aircraft check progress reports to relevant departments and customers. Arrange and participate daily progress meetings with customers and internal departments.
  • Key person to communicate with customer regarding paperwork and cooperate with Production Team Leader to action in case of customer demand changes in aircraft check.
  • Ensure all aircraft paperwork is legible, complete, and complies with established standards, procedures, and safety requirements before handover the paperwork to Technical Records. Liaise the scanning of the aircraft paperwork progress with Technical Records.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of completed check packages paperwork to Technical Records following the aircraft’s serviceability.
  • Correct and address discrepancies in returned task cards or packages from customers.
  • Assist the issuance of the BMR (Base Maintenance Release) or CRS (Certificate of Release to Service) forms prior to declaring the aircraft serviceable.

       Minimum Education
  • Certificate / Diploma related to aviation industry 
  • 2 years in technical position in an approved maintenance organization
        Minimum Experience
  • Experienced in an approved maintenance organization Part 145.
  • Experience in aircraft production activities recommended. 
  • Team player and able to meet timeline. 
  • Experience in managing task operation. 
  • Experience with A320 or A330 in Base Maintenance would be advantage.

Scope of Position:
 

To perform the assigned maintenance related tasks to the standard required by the organization and regulatory body requirements within a specific time frame whilst maintaining a conducive working environment and observing safety and discipline.

The technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing or replacing parts, and maintaining aircraft radomes. They conduct routine checks, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to ensure functionality and safety. The technician also ensures the radome meets regulatory standards and maintains. Detailed records of inspections, repairs, and parts replacements must be kept, and all work is completed in compliance with safety protocols and schedules.
 

Key Responsibility: 
  • Carry out maintenance of components and support aircraft operations maintenance. 
  • Ensure all safety precautions observed while carrying out job as instructed by superior. 
  • Ensure quality of jobs carried out with safety and human factors taken into consideration.
