1. Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) B1/B2

Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) B1/B2

Specific Function and Responsibilities

  1. To ensure the maintenance on the aircraft meets the requirements of the airworthiness authorities and the company and that the aircraft is fit for release to service as stipulated in his/ her approval certificate.
  2. To plan, organize and control the required manpower to meet each aircraft zone requirement as determined by the LEO and to ensure manpower availability at all times.
  3. To lead and manage a team of Aircraft technicians and to ensure completion of an aircraft task or check within the time period allocated.
  4. To ensure zonal progress are within the timeline as per the flowchart of the check and update the LEO progressively.
  5. To ensure work carried out on the aircraft with highest quality and safety standards.
  6. To ensure all documents are properly certified without discrepancy, to enable smooth delivery of aircraft check packages to the customers.
  7. To enforce strict discipline of technicians under his/ her respective zones.
  8. To maintain good self-discipline and respect superiors at all times.
  9. To ensure his/ her company authorization and recurrent training is current and up to date.
  10. To carry out duties assigned by the superiors.
  11. DCAM part 66 AMEL
  12. A320 family with CFM/V2500 engine or A330 type rating endorsed.
  13. Aircraft type certificate must be certified by EASA 147 approved training organization.
  14. Preferable with 6/24 months experience with A320 or A330 in Base Maintenance.

2. Program Manager

Specific Function and Responsibilities

•    Accountable for the on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects.
•    Contribute to contractual technical negotiations as required by Commercial department during sales campaigns.
•    Contribute to the check package evaluation to ensure the budget and TAT established is in line with business objectives.
•    Manage the progress of assigned projects against the agreed budget and timeline and take necessary actions to ensure delivery to plan.
•    Monitor, manage and mitigate risk to the given projects.
•    Chair internal milestone reviews as defined.
•    Chair the daily review with the Customer.
•    Consolidate internal inputs to provide the customer with regular progress reports.
•    Performs internal reporting on the status of the checks to key stakeholders.
•    Interface with all internal departments as needed to meet the objectives of the check.
•    Manage items under Customer responsibility to promote delivery in line with expected dates/standards.
•    Aims to maximise revenue by ensuring all work is correctly assigned to existing contractual conditions.
•    Identifies the performance of work in addition to the initial check package to ensure the correct contractual conditions are applied.
•    Provide the Customer a dedicated SAE interface that exceeds service level expectation.
•    Maintain an awareness of Quality and Regulatory standards and promote the adherence to these in all activities.
•    Maintain company approvals where applicable to actively support the Part 145 activity as and when required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

•    Minimum 10 years of experience in the aircraft industry, with practical knowledge of MRO.

Job Responsibilities:

The Job preparation is to review aircraft technical document, preparation on aircraft maintenance check package/in man-hours/material/tooling/time line/works cope minutes/sending invitation of meeting/ conduct work scope meeting prior Aircraft input to production.

Job Requirement:

  1. Fresh graduate in Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Aeronautical/ Engineering with a minimum of 3-4  year work experience preferably in planning, project management, fleet technical management and both Line & Base Maintenance environment on the following aircraft:
    1. A318/319/320/321
    2. A330
    3. ATR 42-400/500/72-212A
    4. B737-300/400/500
  2. Good knowledge in Maintenance planning data/AMM/SRM/NTM/TSM/CMM/IPC would be advantage.
  3. Good working knowledge of regulatory requirements including DCAM/ EASA Part 145/66/M would be advantage.
  4. Must have ability to meet dead line, work in stress and dynamic environment.

2. Scope of Position
Responsible in distribution of the manpower and allocation of aircraft slot in production hangar in accordance with agreed plan from Resource and Slot management, taking all possible step for safe, efficient and on time aircraft delivery.

3. Key Responsibilities
– Assist to develop operational procedure within area of responsibility.
– Maintains a thorough knowledge of the office, including the location of various files, documents, and reports.
– Together with Resource Management and Slot Management, develop deployment plans.
– Coordination and cooperate with Resource and Slot management in execution of agreed plan and contingencies planning.
– Manage short-term (daily) manpower plan execution/ allocation for all production staff manpower.

2. Scope of Position
– Direct report to Purchasing Executives
– Embark on Procurement activities for aircraft checks, office requirements and all other related requirements for the whole operation of SAE.

3. Key Responsibilities
– Buyer/Purchasing will work closely with new and existing suppliers, obtained quotes and negotiating costs as well as develop quote comparisons, analyzing buying data to aid supplier selection.
– Responsible for placing orders for all parts from Production and place order to OEM and distributor.
– Manage loan agreements, limiting financial risk and ensuring timely availability of components/parts through effective supplier management.
– Tracking of leadtime of the material and commit to Production expected ETA time
– Involved in creation and implementation of supplier development plans to improve performance and communications with suppliers
– Maintain and update of the ongoing delivery of spares for each aircraft under maintenance.
– Lead purchasing department daily operation, aircraft progress and aircraft pre input meeting regarding the outstanding procurement items
– Expedite the shipment with Freight Forwarder
– Take full responsibility for issuing and tracking all purchase orders ( with special emphasis on maintaining a clean open order report )
– Establish and maintain an efficient and economical inventory control system for all aircraft spares, GSE and commercials to ensure that targeted level or serviceability is met and all materials are readily available at the minimum cost.
– Establish and maintain a vendor performance on suppliers. Ensure the placement of proper system to monitor and control vendor records and vendor performance.
– To attend to Vendor and customer meetings to identify blockages and resolving each issue amicably.
– Establish selection of vendors and continuously monitor their performance to ensure best services and cost are given to the company.

2. Scope of Position
The Workshop Coordinator position is responsible for all Workshops inter-department issues related to shops deliverables including but not limited to material, spares, turnaround time (TAT), manpower and logistic, in order to achieve Workshops desired targets.

3. Key Responsibilities
– Manage all inter-department issues related to shops deliverables including but not limited to material, spares, aircraft input, turnaround time (TAT), manpower and logistic and daily operation matters.
– To ensure smooth operation for the shop by ensuring material, tools and equipment are available for relevant shop.
– Drive processes in focus to improve TAT.
– To provide visibility to internal and external customers on repair progress.
– To liaise and to solve with other supporting sections for any issues or requirement for all workshop sections.
– To be the focal point of contact for the workshops.
– General administration, development and control of workshop activities.
– To plan for future slots and advise other departments on available slots for repairs.
– To come up with mitigation plan for any delays.

8. Production Control Manager

2. Scope of Position
To manage and control all operations & maintenance activities of Production Control Department

3. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and manage the quality control programme.
2. Supervision in analyzing surveillance findings for a trend monitoring and propose improvement.
3. Ensure satisfactory completion and certification of all work required by contracted operators/customers in accordance with work specification (Work order & approved MOE procedures)
4. Ensure high safety standard practices in the Production Line.
5. Ensure the quality of works in the Production meet the regulatory and customer standard.
6. To review Quality Control processes for high quality standard.
7. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives
8. Develop and analyze statistical data of quality deficiencies.

Is accountable to facilitate the receiving moving and shipping of parts and effectively manage the timely
Flow of order process. Coordinating and monitoring supply chin operation. Ensure premises utilizing
Logistic IT to optimize shipping and transport procedure asset and communication are use effective

3. Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere to shipping, import & export & incoterms ,company and regulation compliance procedure
2. Coordinet monitor, update, manage the document discrepancies and follow up in coming parts
3. Communicate with purchasing , forwarder , customer to ensure parts are received and shipping out
4. Liaise with forwarder for incoming and out going shipment chase logistic provider on a daily basis

2. Scope of Position
Responsible to process Repair Management and Warranty transactions from receipt of component through to order completion and return/exchange serviceable. Adhere to the company’s standards and strive to provide exceptional customer service whilst maintaining and building effective partnerships.

3. Key Responsibilities
1. Timely entry of information of unserviceable parts received into SAP and evolution of progress status in SAP.
2. Providing accurate information on the parts status of operations events to stakeholders.
3. Management and expedite open orders to effectively achieve required delivery and service levels agreed with the customers.
4. Point of contact for customer as well as the internal customer, providing excellent account management.
