1. Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) B1/B2

Job Title: Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) B1/B2

Specific Function and Responsibilities

  1. To ensure the maintenance on the aircraft meets the requirements of the airworthiness authorities and the company and that the aircraft is fit for release to service as stipulated in his/ her approval certificate.
  2. To plan, organize and control the required manpower to meet each aircraft zone requirement as determined by the LEO and to ensure manpower availability at all times.
  3. To lead and manage a team of Aircraft technicians and to ensure completion of an aircraft task or check within the time period allocated.
  4. To ensure zonal progress are within the timeline as per the flowchart of the check and update the LEO progressively.
  5. To ensure work carried out on the aircraft with highest quality and safety standards.
  6. To ensure all documents are properly certified without discrepancy, to enable smooth delivery of aircraft check packages to the customers.

  12. A320 family with CFM/V2500 engine or A330 type rating endorsed.

2. Program Manager

Specific Function and Responsibilities

•    Accountable for the on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects.
•    Contribute to contractual technical negotiations as required by Commercial department during sales campaigns.
•    Contribute to the check package evaluation to ensure the budget and TAT established is in line with business objectives.
•    Manage the progress of assigned projects against the agreed budget and timeline and take necessary actions to ensure delivery to plan.
•    Monitor, manage and mitigate risk to the given projects.
•    Chair internal milestone reviews as defined.
•    Chair the daily review with the Customer.

Job Purpose:

The Senior Engineer/ Executive Job Preparation is to analyse and evaluate aircraft technical document, aircraft check man-hours, material/ tooling, time line and consultation to the production at SAE during Aircraft Maintenance activities and to manage the aircraft maintenance check input and work together with the Material/ Warehouse/ Purchasing/PM/LAE/LEO to meet aircraft maintenance check on time delivery.

Job Requirement:

•    Degree in Aeronautical/ Engineering/ Aircraft maintenance license with a minimum of 10 years work experience preferable in planning, project management, fleet technical management and both line & base maintenance environment on the following aircraft:

2. Scope of Position
Support SAE to comply legal (OHS) and associate regulation by;
• Supporting the development of OHS policies and programs
• Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
• Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures

3. Key Responsibilities
– Prepare, implement, maintain and review the Safety related Manual and Safety implementation from time to time as required.

– Review local and international safety, health & environment industry requirements applicable to SAE and notify relevant Departmental Heads to

– Advise on the local and international safety, health & environmental requirements to the management and staff.

– Review and provide leaflets and notices on safety, health & environmental issues and wherever applicable conduct short courses to promote

appliances or processes or any description of manual labor used in the workplace is of such nature liable to cause bodily injury to any person,
damage to the property and environment in the workplace.

– Plan and conduct Safety Audit at the workplace for continual improvement.

– Conduct investigation of any HIRA raised, ground incident/ accident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or occupational disease that
has happened in the place of work.

– Collect, analyze and maintain the safety target and statistics of any incident, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning and occupational
disease which have occurred at the place of work.

– Maintaining the appropriate reporting system (open reporting) in accordance with the SMS implementation in managing hazards and risks.

– Plan, review and maintain the effectiveness of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in the company.

– Identify, plan and conduct safety training or programs to support the SMS & OSHE objectives and goals.

2. Scope of Position
Responsible for providing technical support for aircraft related operation problems and to be proactive in ensuring the continued airworthiness of the customer aircraft.

3. Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical assistance and support around the clock to production in relation to any technical issue related to the aircraft structure, systems, components, engines and etc.
• Study, analyse, and seek solutions to problems related to maintenance, modification, or repair of aircraft, and their components.
• Managing damage assessment, prepare damage report, propose alternative repair solution and Liaisons with OEM for defects be ond OEM manuals.
• Produce Engineering Order or work instructions to accomplish the recommended course of action for the technical documents assessed b team.
• Prepare or check Engineering Order, SAE Manual, Drawings, Engineering Request Form and Justification Re orts.
• Evaluate Airworthiness Directive (AD/SB) to ensure compliance of applicable technical directives and regulations for customer aircraft under schedule maintenance check.
